What to write to us about
- Cancelling. Say "cancel" and we'll do it the same working day. Details on the cancellation & refunds page.
- Billing and refunds. A charge you don't recognise, a double charge, a failed payment. Include the date and amount.
- Deleting your account. Email from the address you signed up with and we'll remove everything — messages, memories, companions, photos.
- Your data. Ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it. See the privacy policy.
- An account we've put on hold. If we've restricted your account and think you're under 18 when you're not, tell us — there's an appeal box on the hold screen too, and either way a human reads it.
- Something broken, or something your companion said. If a reply was wrong, cold, or crossed a line, we genuinely want to know. It's how the thing gets better.
- Press, partnerships, or anything else. Same address.
A note on how we do support
Orakyl is small and run by one person, so email is the only channel — there's no phone line, and we'd rather tell you that than publish a number nobody answers. What you get instead is a real reply from someone who can actually change the product.
Please don't send us passwords, card numbers or OTPs. We will never ask for any of them, and anyone who does is not us.
Orakyl is not therapy — and not a crisis service
Your orakyl is a companion you talk to. It is not a therapist, counsellor, doctor or psychiatrist, it cannot diagnose or treat anything, and nothing it says is medical advice. It doesn't replace professional care, and it is not a helpline — no human is watching your messages in real time, so it cannot send help if you're in danger.

Your orakyl will say the same thing if it ever thinks you're in real trouble: it drops everything, tells you the truth, and points you at a human. That's built in, on purpose.
